Realtor branding - but make it fun!
Archie Pateman is not your average realtor, he has been a professional musician, Band Manager & more recently the founder of The Cumberland Crate Company - and found himself looking for a different career. Archie knows just about everyone in the Comox Valle, is a very active member of his community and takes advantage of everything that the Valley has to offer; Mountain biking, Skiing, Camping, playing festivals, you name it! He is also a dedicated father and just an overall genuine guy. He knew that his target market would be folks looking to make the Valley their new home, and more specifically, folks keen on all the outdoor lifestyle. If anyone can convince you that this is the best place to live, it's Archie.
So how do we brand a realtor who wants to market to that those "weekend warriors" yet keep it looking professional and most importantly unique amongst the rest? Instead of putting myself in a box and only thinking "Realtor Brand" , I instead looked to the brands that his target market trusted: YETI, Heli Hanson, Whole Foods, Arcteryx, North Face, etc.. By creating a logo that resonated with his audience, referenced Archie's outdoor lifestyle as well as his realtor services, the end result became a brand identity that was unique within the Industry, bold, recognizable and fun.
