Backcountry Jeweler (Michelle) is an artist & metalsmith based in North Van Isle, and aims to capture the raw beauty and the powerful presence of nature in their gorgeous pieces. Michelle creates stunning jewellery along with her fine art in their home studio nestled in the trees.

Michelle came to me, just before graduating from the metalsmith program, looking to brand herself and fully commit to this new career. The branding's aim was to capture that raw natural beauty and to showcase important elements such as; a classic compass, a PNW fern and the North West itself as these are ever-present in her work and speaks to the brand.
